Equipment Leasing-Leverage Leasing: New Edition, New Binder

The 5th edition of Equipment Leasing-Leverage Leasing is available.  Thank you for your feedback.  We heard that the binder for the 4th edition was troublesome because it front loaded and you had to remove all the contents to update.  Therefore the 5th edition will be in an upgraded binder.  Filing will be easier.  We sincerely appreciate your feedback and welcome any other suggestions you have.  We are here to make your life easier.

Covered Bonds

 

Covered Bonds are a financial tool popular in Europe and slowly crossing the Atlantic.  The New York Times recently wrote about this and explained that while “there is no established market for the bonds in the United States, though they are a $3 trillion business overseas and lately have been attracting American institutional investors.”
